The origin of Exploring the Self: A Multimedia Journey through Faith, Body, and Thought stems from my deep curiosity about how the concept of the 'self' is formed. As someone who is highly sensitive and inclined to believe in imaginative and abstract ideas, I have found that each person I encounter holds vastly different internal thoughts and perspectives. This realization sparked an intense curiosity in me: What truly defines the 'self'?
